What We Do

Wilderness - the more we lose, the more valuable it becomes.

Wild Mob is a not for profit organisation that aims to protect Australia’s most threatened species and ecosystems. We take an “on ground” practical approach to environmental management and education.

Wild Mob works in partnership with natural resource managers, scientists and community groups to deliver conservation outcomes and offer support in on-going environmental projects. These outcomes are achieved by following a service learning model, engaging secondary and tertiary students within our conservation projects. Not only are students helping by giving back to their environment, they are also gaining extensive skills in conservation management and knowledge of unique Australian ecosystems.

Wild Mob Conservation Management activities include:

·      Invasive species management
·      Habitat rehabilitation
·      Coral reef health surveys
·      Feral animal monitoring
·      Marine debris surveys
·      Endangered species research

 Traditional Owner Acknowledgement

Wild Mob would respectfully like to acknowledge the Traditional Owners, their Elders past and present, as well as the important role Indigenous people continue to play on the Land where we carry out our conservation projects.
