Ready to sign up to a Wild Mob project? Click on the link below to download the registration form (PDF document), which you can complete and send to us at info@wildmob.org. The form was created so you can easliy enter all of your contact details on a computer, then e-mail it to us. To do this, you'll need Adobe Reader (available for free here) and you'll also need to have what's called a "digital signature". A how-to guide for creating a digital signature is available from Adobe.
Otherwise, feel free to print a hard copy of the PDF and complete it in handwriting, then send it back to us as a scanned image by e-mail, by fax or through post. All of our contact details are available below.
