Lydia’s passion for the marine environment and conservation began when she was 11 years old, seeing a dolphin for the first time off the Scottish coast. Since then she has earned a BSc in Marine Biology/Zoology and a MSc in Marine Mammal Science, and enjoyed traveling while working as a Marine Wildlife guide.
Prior to joining Wild Mob Lydia spent four years working for WWF-Australia, campaigning and shaping policy for the protection of Australia’s marine life including turtles, dugongs and dolphins. Lydia now brings her experience and unique skill set to Wild Mob and is looking forward to getting ‘hands on’ in our conservation and environmental management projects, while enjoying some time out on the ocean.
